Invitation

We strongly encourage risk management and insurance scholars and professionals worldwide to submit articles to our e-journal Language Perils (ISSN: 1533-8444).

Mission and Focus

Launched in 1998, Language Perils seeks to clarify market practices and concepts in insurance, reinsurance, risk management, employee benefits, healthcare, and related fields such as law and finance, through examination of words, terms, or concepts in a single language or across two or more languages.

Language Perils also seeks to clarify concepts in other fields, such as politics and technology, when insurance and related professionals have a business interest in those concepts.
