ARIA member database now available
The International Insurance Society is the largest multinational organization of its kind, with almost 900 members representing global insurance leaders from over 75 countries. Its mission is to facilitate cross-border exchange of ideas and to initiate practical and original research that addresses critical issues facing the insurance industry worldwide through their research partnership with the Geneva Association.
Original research is solicited yearly through a Call for Papers issued jointly by the Geneva Association and the IIS, and the research awards are presented to the winners at the IIS annual seminar, which this year takes place in Chicago, July 16 – 19. The winning authors also present their original research to the attendees during the seminar, typically attended by 500 or more, representing all sectors of the insurance industry and all parts of the world. It is truly unique in that it brings together insurance executives and worldwide insurance academia, providing unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
The issues explored at the annual meetings are of both global and local interest, are broad as well as specific, and always pertinent and thought-provoking. The program panels are followed by break-out discussion sessions, each led by an academic and a business moderator, where smaller groups have an opportunity to conduct an in-depth discussion of the topics.
You may log in to the IIS website for more information and to access the full program and registration forms and fees at www.IISonline.org
