ARIA 2006 Annual Meeting Registration – Washington, DC, August 6-9

The annual meeting registration form will become available soon. The Executive Office still is negotiating with the Capital Hilton regarding food and beverage contracts. We are doing our best to keep costs and the resulting registration fee down. As you may know, Washington is a very expensive city. 

The meeting registration form will be mailed to all current ARIA members.  A registration form also will be available on the ARIA website.  A future listserv will alert you when the registration form becomes available.

Also, please make your hotel reservation before July 5.  All rooms remaining after that date will be made available to the general public.  Attendees still will be able to secure a room at ARIA's negotiated rate if the Hilton is not sold out.  The negotiated rate will not be available if any rooms remain after August 5. The reservation number for the Capital Hilton is 1-800-445-8667 or direct at 202-639-4387.  

 
ARIA Election Ballot deadline extension

Due to the delay with the mail delivery of the election ballots that resulted from a change in DHL services, the Executive Office has extended the deadline for the return of the election ballots.  All ballots must be postmarked no later than Monday, May 15. There’s still plenty of time if you have not returned your ballot.  Fill it out this weekend. If you still have not received a ballot, please contact the Executive Office immediately at 610-640-1997 or by email at aria@cpcuiia.org
