 Airlines discontinuing paper tickets

The International Air Transport Association has announced that effective June 1 airlines will stop issuing paper tickets and switch over entirely to electronic tickets.  Passengers who do not have access to a computer or printer will be able to use ticket kiosks at airports to print their boarding passes.  The switch to electronic ticketing will save the airline industry $3 billion a year and improve passenger convenience.
