 University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School The Insurance and Risk Management Department at the Wharton School is accepting applications to hire one new faculty member, open in rank.  Please see the attached document for additional details.

 Public Risk Management Association (PRIMA) 2008 Annual Conference PRIMA’s 2008 Annual Conference “The Wonderful World of Risk Management” will be held on June 1-4, 2008 at the Hilton Anaheim in Anaheim, California.  Please visit the PRIMA website at www.primacentral.org for additional conference information.

 Award for Early Career Scholarly Achievement for 2008 This award honors the distinguished achievement of RMI scholars who are within 10 years of award of Ph.D.  Applicants should have a significant number of high-quality publications relative to the length of their academic career, as the award is intended to be a  research award.  The Early Career Scholar Award is a non-monetary award and will be awarded only when an exceptional candidate is identified.  The application and supporting materials should be emailed to Richard Butler at richard_butler@byu.edu  The application deadline is January 31, 2008.  For additional information and application, please see the attached document.
