• Twelfth IME Congress 2008 Call for Papers ARIA’s Excellence in Teaching Award 2008 announcement
• ARIA’s 2008 membership materials are in the mail

 Twelfth IME Congress 2008 Call for Papers The Twelfth International Congress on Insurance: Mathematics and Economics will be held on July 16-18, 2008 in Dalian, China.  The deadline for submissions is March 31, 2008.  Please see the attached document for additional details.

 ARIA Excellence in Teaching Award for 2008 This award recognizes excellence in risk management and insurance teaching.  Applicants should have a distinguished record of excellent teaching throughout their academic career.  The Excellence in Teaching Award is a non-monetary award and will be awarded only when an exceptional candidate is identified.  The application and supporting materials should be mailed to Dr. Patricia Born at Cal State University-Northridge.  The application deadline is March 30, 2008.  For additional information and application, please see the attached document.
