ARIA Call for Nominations - 2008-09 election Nominations for the 2008 ARIA election should be sent to James Garven at James_Garven@baylor.edu by Friday, February 1. The final slate of nominees will include two candidates for the position of Vice President and two candidates, one representing industry and the other candidate representing academia, for a board position to 2011. You are not required to provide a nomination for each office. For each name you provide, please indicate the position for which you’d like the individual slated. Thank you.
ARIA 2008 Annual Meeting The ARIA 2008 annual meeting program is taking shape and social activities, including a 75th birthday river cruise, are being planned. Mark your calendars for August 3-6. Install the attached free screen saver as a reminder. The Executive Office will keep members apprised of additional meeting information as it becomes available.
St. John’s University, The Financial Services Institute, Call for Papers St. John’s University, The Financial Services Institute’s Financial Symposium 2008 entitled Financial Services: Reexamining Risk will be held on September 12 at St. John’s University in downtown Manhattan.
