 University of St. Gallen Institute of Insurance Economics The Institute of Insurance Economics at the University of St. Gallen is accepting applications for two Post Docs.  Please see the attached document for additional information.

 

 Special Issue of The Journal of Risk and Insurance Call for Papers The Journal of Risk and Insurance Special Issue Corporate Governance in Insurance and Risk Management in Relation to Recent Financial Crisis is accepting proposals.  The deadline for submissions is March 1, 2009.  Please see the attached document for additional information.

 

 Insurance Research Expertise Survey Last Spring a survey was developed by ARIA together with the American Institute for CPCU/IIA, and was distributed to ARIA members to characterize the membership in terms of their research and skills levels in the areas of insurance and risk management. The attached spreadsheet provides results from this expertise survey.  Respondents are identified by a random number in the far left column.  A key to the rating scale is presented at the bottom of the spreadsheet. If any member is interesting in contacting a survey respondent, please communicate with the ARIA Executive Office. We will provide you with an email address.  The results of this survey are also available on the ARIA website at www.aria.org
