Proposed Amendments to ARIA’s By-Laws ARIA Members—there’s still time to vote!
ARIA’s Board of Directors voted unanimously at their January 30, 2010 meeting to increase the composition of the Board with two elected members. The two additional members will represent ARIA’s diversity of membership, including increasing numbers from other countries. The selection of these representatives will coincide with the current election of officers. Two revisions to ARIA’s By-laws are required to enact this change in the structure of ARIA’s Board.
The proposed amendments to the By-laws are written in red in the attached document.
Approve - I vote in favor of the By-laws amendments.
Reject - I do not vote in favor of the By-laws amendments.
All ballots must be replied to ARIA’s executive office at aria@cpcuiia.org no later than Thursday, March 11, 2010. Thank you to those members who have taken the time to vote.
