We offer below some additional information.

·        Conference Registration. Complete the “online” form by 31 May 2010 to get the benefit of reduced rates (Singapore $300-$600). After the date, the rate becomes Singapore $750 for all registrants. Note that space is limited for “Dine-around Singapore” and the system will delete the restaurants once they reach the maximum capacity (about 50 per restaurant). ·        Member Rates. Those members who have paid their annual membership to their Society (APRIA, ARIA or EGRIE) pay Singapore $450 (or $300 if student or retiree members) when they complete the online registration by the Early Bird Deadline. ·        Help Us Use Money Wisely. In addition to your right to access all events and World Congress materials, we offer you Sunday reception, Monday luncheon & dinner, Tuesday luncheon & (optional AXA Presentation Tour), Wednesday luncheon & Dine-around-Singapore, and Thursday luncheon. A number of corporate sponsors and academic institutions have extended their financial support and we can charge you a fee lower than the expected per capita cost of S$900. So, help us use their and your money wisely. We expect your participation in all the events. If, however, you are certain for one reason or another that you will not attend the Sunday reception and/or any other meal events, please leave the event(s) unmarked in the registration form. ·        Full Paper Submission. All authors are required to submit their full papers by the deadline, 1 June 2010. Any late submission not only is subject to possible cancellation by the Scientific Committees but also faces the risk that it will not be included in the Conference Package. ·        Discussant Duty. All authors are expected to discuss one or two papers.  You will be notified of your discussant assignment(s) at a later date. ·        PowerPoint Presentation. All authors and discussants are expected to bring their PowerPoint file to the session room. ·        Travel Aid Recipients. The Scientific Committees are now informing all applicants of the result. ·        Other Scholarships and Awards. Go to the “Call for Papers” page or contact your own Society for information. ·        Volunteer Discussants. The Scientific Committees welcome volunteers who are willing to discuss a research paper. Interested members may contact the Scientific Committee of their preference for more information. ·        Hotel. You are free to make your own accommodation arrangement while in Singapore. Nevertheless, we have identified three hotels nearby the conference venue. The rates they quote at the World Congress Registration page are inclusive of all taxes, services charges, breakfast and Internet access. Go to the page for more information and a copy of reservation form. Please note that you must directly communicate with the hotel.
