ARIA 2011 Annual Meeting Call for Papers The ARIA 2011 Annual Meeting will be held August 7-10, 2011 in San Diego, California. The deadline for submissions is February 18, 2011. Please see the attached document for additional information.
Risk Theory Society Annual Seminar 2011 Call for Papers The Risk Theory Society’s Annual Seminar will be held April 15-17, 2011 at the University of Arkansas-Little Rock, Little Rock, Arkansas. The deadline for submissions is December 15, 2010. Please see the attached document for additional information.
Society of Actuaries Risk Management Call for Essays The joint SOA/CAS/CIA Risk Management Section and SOA Investment Section are issuing Round Two of a Call for Essays on Risk Management, “Systemic Risk, Financial Reform, and Moving Forward from the Financial Crisis.” There is a nominal monetary prize for worth papers 1st Place $500; 2nd Place $250; 3rd Place $100. Message of Thanks On behalf of its membership that attended the World Congress, ARIA’s executive office would like to express sincere thanks to the financial sponsors, the Secretariat at Singapore College of Insurance, to members of the organization and scientific committees, and to the presenters for their collective contribution to making the World Congress an educational, social, and networking success. A very special expression of thanks is extended to Jean Kwon for his untiring efforts and unwavering commitment of time devoted to the Congress. Surely it was a labor of love. ARIA will continue to support collaboration among and between the organizing societies and looks forward to contributing to a third Congress five years hence.
