University of Waterloo The Department of Statistics and Actuarial Science is accepting applications for a tenure-track appointment as Assistant Professor. The application deadline is December 31, 2011. Please see the attached document (this attachment is a revised posting from last week’ announcement) for additional information.
The National Alliance Research Academy The National Alliance Research Academy is proud to announce its second annual research grants. Two grants will be awarded; one grant for all researchers for $5,000, and the second grant will be available to only students in approved Master’s and Ph.D. programs of business study. The amount of student grant will be $2,500. All insurance and risk management industry-related topics will be considered. Submission deadline is January 17, 2011.
