Georgia State University Center for the Economic Analysis of Risk

 

The J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University is accepting applications for an Associate Director of the Center for the Economic Analysis of Risk (CEAR) to begin August 2011.  Preference will be given to applications received by June 17, 2011.  Please see the attached document for additional information.

 

ARIA 2011 Annual Meeting

 

Plans are underway for what should be an interesting and informative annual meeting which is scheduled for August 7-10 in San Diego, California.  Annual meeting registration is now available in electronic format on ARIA’s website at www.aria.org or by using the link below.  Credit cards will be processed through PayPal via a link on the registration form.  If payment is by check, please send payment along with a copy of the registration form to:  ARIA, 716 Providence Road, Malvern, PA 19355.  Visit the ARIA website for annual meeting updates.

ARIA Golf Outing in San Diego

 

Are you (and friend or spouse) interested in participating in a group golf outing at the Coronado Municipal course (reasonably close to the Marriott) before the San Diego ARIA annual meeting?  If so, please email Vickie Bajtelsmit at Vickie.bajtelsmit@colostate.edu and indicate whether you could play Friday August 5 or Saturday August 6, and whether you would be interested in having it be a best ball team play (which would be more forgiving for the less experienced players).  After we have an idea of the number of potential players, Vickie will contact everyone to confirm availability and provide the details about the arrangements, costs, etc.  FYI, greens fees at that course are $30 ($35 weekends) plus $16 cart, additional fees for practice balls and rental clubs.

ARIA 2011-2012 election ballot
