Preliminary Program
The Preliminary Program is now available on the ARIA website at www.aria.org
Poster Session
Because of the large number of qualified submissions, this year’s annual meeting will hold a poster session on Tuesday, August 7 from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
Hotel Reservations
The deadline to receive the $149 room rate is Friday, July 13. Make your hotel reservations now.

The Depot Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. The dress code for the annual meeting is business casual.
Meeting Registration
Meeting registration fees will automatically increase on Saturday, July 14, so please register now if you plan to attend the annual meeting. You can register online via the ARIA website at www.aria.org
If you have already completed the online meeting registration form, please take a second look to verify the activities you and your guest plan to attend. The hotel requires ARIA report the number of attendees for all meals several days prior to the meeting, so it is imperative that we have an accurate head count for all events.

ARIA’s 80th Anniversary Celebration
ARIA will celebrate its 80th anniversary with cocktails and dinner at the Mill City Museum on Monday, August 6. Please dress appropriately for this event.
