The Mark S. Dorfman Fund

 The Western Risk and Insurance Association (WRIA) has established a special scholarship fund to honor the memory of Dr. Mark S. Dorfman, a long time member and former president of WRIA.  The fund will provide travel scholarships to graduate students to attend the WRIA annual meetings.  Special consideration will be given to international students as a means of facilitating collaboration among scholars in the global risk and insurance community, something Mark sought to develop over his entire academic career. Your tax deductible contributions should be sent to Dr. Patricia Born at the address below.  Checks should be made payable to the CSUN Foundation, with a note to be credited to the WRIA Dorfman Fund. Your contribution will be properly acknowledged for tax purposes.

 ARIA 2007-08 Election Ballot In the next day or two, ARIA members that are current with their 2007 membership dues will receive the electronic 2007-08 Election Ballot.  Only current members will be receiving an email containing the election ballot and biographies.  Make your vote count!
