• ARIA upcoming deadlines

 Election  Ballots The electronic election ballots and biographies have been distributed to all current members.  We have a good slate of candidates, so please take a few minutes and cast your vote.  The deadline to vote is June 11.   Annual Meeting Hotel Reservations If you reserved a hotel room through the internet, please advise the Executive Office.  Otherwise, the reservation will not be credited to the ARIA room block.  If you have not reserved a room, please do so soon.  Please call the Loews Le Concordia directly at 1-800-463-5256 and use the reference ARI308.  The rate of $172 US is only available until June 5.  Annual Meeting Program The annual meeting program will be posted on ARIA’s website at www.aria.org as soon as it becomes available. Passports/Visas A passport is required for air travel to Canada.  Visas are not required for U.S. citizens entering Canada from the U.S.  For a complete list of countries where visas are required to enter Canada, visit www.cic.gc.ca Please visit the U.S. Department of State’s website at www.travel.state.gov for additional travel information.  Please keep in mind that processing of new passports or renewals may take up to eight weeks.
