At the 1995 Risk Theory Seminar, the Risk Theory Society membership voted to begin publishing an electronic Proceedings on the World Wide Web.

Authors of papers that have been formally accepted for presentation at the annual Risk Theory Seminar may submit completed papers in any of the following file formats: Postscript, Adobe Portable Document Format, Rich Text Format, WordPerfect, or Microsoft Word. Authors of accepted papers are encouraged to transmit their papers as email file attachments to the Secretary of the Risk Theory Society.
