The ARIA Election for the Board of Directors takes place in April of each year. Prior to that, the membership is invited to submit nominations. All members in good standing (current with membership dues) receive a ballot notice by email, a link to the slate, as well as a link to the voting platform. Reminders will be issued in the ARIA Weekly News. Members will login to vote.

  • There are 12 members of the ARIA Board of Directors, each elected to serve a term of three years.
  • Terms start at the Annual Meeting each year which is typically in August.
  • Every year a President-Elect/Conference Chair is elected to lead the next year's Annual meeting.
    • This position then moves to President-Elect, then President, then Past-President for a four year commitment.
  • The Vice President automatically moves to President in rotation.
